The Chester County Democratic Party shall advance the principles of the Tennessee Democratic Party, advocate the election of public officials who will provide responsible and responsive government for the people of Chester County and set forth its platform positions in order to achieve its overarching goal to inspire, encourage and maximize enrollment and participation in the Democratic Party throughout Chester County, Tennessee.
